Transformers: Are You Being Transformed By God? – Outline
Are you being transformed by God in your daily relationship with him? What does it look like to be transformed by God? Let’s see how Jesus did it.
Matthew 17:1-3
- Jesus was “transfigured” up on the mountain.
- What started the transformation?
Luke 9:28-36
- Prayer started the transformation.
- How is your prayer life?
- Jesus is more than who we think he is. He is a transformer.
- How about you? Have you been transformed by God? Does your faith make you radiant?
- Do you believe that God is going to put the right people in your life to get you focused spiritually? Are you submitting your life to others to get the help you need?
- Warning: if you are sleepy, tired all the time, not inspired by what is going on… there is sin in your heart.
- What are your plans for what you need to do spiritually? Have you run it by anyone? Are you trusting that God will show you what to do next?
- Jesus fully submitted to the Father’s plan and he was transformed. How about you?
- The cloud represents the presence of God Almighty. Are you ready for the day you will stand before God? Are you grateful that Jesus took the punishment for you so that you can come into God’s presence?

Awesome testimony and I enjoyed your preaching that day. Truely a blessing to hear you. I can not believe that God has brought us into His kingdom and used wretches as ourselves to further His kingdom.” Faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God”. Joe, the finger-pointing part was especially good. One who does not think one has sin in one’s heart does not know the need for the blood of Jesus Christ to cover that sin and so be washed clean of its taint! It is a gift from God.
