Overcoming Lust and Adultery - Outline

This brief but powerful Lord’s supper message is in English and Spanish, with bold openness about how to overcome lust and adultery and have a great marriage in Jesus Christ.
Luke 22:39-44 Jesus prays on the Mount of Olives. Angels strengthen him.
- Jesus prays “…not my will, but yours be done.” It’s hard to submit to God’s will, but it will save your life
- Omar shares openly about very serious topics including adultery and getting help with hidden sin.
- Selina shares about pride, temptation, having a hard heart and how much she needs Jesus.
- It’s not how you look on the outside, what matters is how you are on the inside. That’s what God sees.
- Looking lustfully is the same as adultery. Just because no one sees them, that doesn’t mean it’s OK.
- Omar and Selina’s marriage was changed forever by getting open and submitting to God’s will. This saved them through the blood of Jesus.
- What about your relationship with God? Get open… get help.

Este poderoso mensaje de Comunion con una valentia y humildad de corazon, nos muestra como vencer la lujuria y el adulterio, y como tener un gran matrimonio restaurado por Cristo.

the witness was good but too confusing to listen to both english and spanish at the same time. also, everyone is affected by adultry/lust. the woman/man who commits adulty with eachother affects eachother and their families. the woman who a man commits adultry with is just as affected as the man who relieves his conscience by telling his wife then going on with God while the woman who he commited adultry with is left with guilt, shame and the gossip of others. it’s a no win situation.
